The Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology focuses on preparing students to perform maintenance and repair tasks on Aircraft and their components. The modules which the students learn in this programme will allow them to choose a career path in the highly demanding aircraft industry in the areas of mechanical, structural or avionics. The programme will also prepare students to sit for the DCA & EASA Part 66 License Examination.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING
Students are required to complete 16 weeks of ‘hands on’ training in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) at organizations such as Air Asia Sdn.Bhd., MAS, Transmile Aircraft Engineering Sdn.Bhd., Sabah Air, GE Sdn. Bhd., D-Nest and Sepang Aircraft Engineering (SAE).
CAREER PROSPECTS
Upon completion of this course students can be employed as Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians. This course also enables students to further their studies in order to obtain the basic license for Aircraft Maintenance. It also creates a pathway towards being a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME). Students will also have the option of doing a Degree in Aircraft Maintenance in a local or foreign university.

Diploma in Automotive Engineering
Automotive Engineering is a branch of vehicle engineering, incorporating elements of mechanical, electrical, electronic, software and safety engineering as applied to the design, manufacture and operation of automobiles, buses and trucks and their respective engineering sub-systems.
OBJECTIVES
